The eagerly anticipated Pentax K7 has finally gotten its official details, and a price that may send some people searching for a loan to buy it.

The official announcement date of the Pentax K7 is May 21, but that hasn’t stopped some intrepid Pentax fans from getting their hands on information and production units a wee bit early.

Pentax has introduced a new digital SLR that we be headed to stores in time for the holiday season. The Pentax K2000 will be geared toward beginning SLR users, be able to take pictures at a 10.2 megapixel resolution, and will come with an included 18-55mm.

The Pentax K20D is a DSLR camera designed for the advanced photo enthusiasts and experienced photographers.
