PhotoXpress re-launches with more images

March 31, 2010

PhotoXpress re-launches with more imagesStock photography site PhotoXpress has re-launched with ten times more images than it used to have, and new pricing packages.

The new version of PhotoXpress has launched with over 600,000 free images and nearly 6 million images in its premium collection.  The site also features new pricing choices which are Free, Lite and Premium.

Free customers can download up to ten free images a day.  Lite customers get multiple pricing options, but the most affordable one is the basic package which for $9.99 a month you get 15,000 free images a month and one premium image a day.  Premium subscribers can start off at $99 a month and get 1,000 free images a day as well as ten from the premium collection.  You can find all of the details on the pricing page.

“By listening to our users, we made several enhancements to the site. The subscription upgrade option makes royalty-free images more affordable than ever. These download rates are the best in the industry,” says Oleg Tscheltzoff, President of PhotoXpress, LLC. “On top of that, we overhauled our content to ensure PhotoXpress.com is safe and tasteful for our young, academic, and impressionable users.”

There is no obvious information on the site for photographers who want to add their work to the site.  While the pricing is consumer friendly, we aren’t clear how this will work out on the photographer side of the equation.
