Epson PowerLite Presenter is a projector with everything but the kitchen sink

Epson PowerLite Presenter is a projector with everything but the kitchen sinkEpson has launched a new projector that has a list of features as long as an arm, but yet it still lacks a kitchen sink.

The new Epson PowerLite Presenter is a new all-in-one projector that was introduced earlier this year to the education market, but is now making its way to photographers and businesses.

Perfect for just about any type of presentation you would like to do, the PowerLite Presenter can play DVDs, display your Windows desktop instantly via a USB cable (no VGA cables, and no changing monitor settings needed) display closed captioning, run a microphone and a whole lot more.  The suggested retail price is $899, but for an all-in-one solution for entrepreneurs needing to make presentations, that doesn’t seem that bad for a portable solution.

“Business professionals are constantly looking for ways to enhance the way they deliver multimedia content to their audience.  The PowerLite Presenter includes the features they need to bolster their presentations and improve their interaction with potential clients, customers and partners.”  said Jason Meyer, product manager, Epson America. “It offers the versatility, portability and affordability that businesses demand from today’s technology tools.”

If the price wasn’t so high, Epson might even be able to crack the consumer market with this item, but somehow I see that coming down the road in a year or two.
