SpashUp is a free online photo editor that not only allows you to edit your photo’s, but also allows you to write and draw on them similar to a paint program. Filters
Filters allow you to take your photograph and enhance it in some way, adjusting the colors or the overall look of the image. SplashUp has a lot of the same filters that you find on most other photo editors. Layers

Layers gives you the flexibility to be a lot more creative with your pictures than you can really be when the editor only offers a single layer to work with.
Text Editing
Text editing is one of those things that makes SpashUp stand out against some of its competition. The site allows you to add words in a variety of different colors to your photographs and manipulate how they are angled on the page. While most other online photo editors let you add words, they don’t all let you select your own color and angling for the text as well.
Share
Splashup allows you to instantly capture an image from your computers webcam or import an image from a photo sharing site such as Picasa, Flickr, and Facebook. Finished images can then be uploaded back to photo sharing sites to be shared with your friends.
