The Fujifilm Finepix S8100fd is a point-and-shoot digital camera designed for advanced photo hobbyists who are looking for an SLR-styled point-and-shoot snapper.
Priced at US$399 the Finepix S8100fd integrates a Fujinon 18x wide angle optical zoom fixed lens (27mm-486mm equivalent), letting the user achieve greater range than ever before and offers everything from true wide angle to extreme telephoto in a single compact unit.
According to Fujifilm, the Finepix S8100fd combines user-friendliness with long-zoom versatility and high speed shooting modes that are rarely found in non-professional models.

Our comment:
If only for the DSRL-feel that the S8100fd gives out to users, plus its high 18x optical zoom, this Finexpix snapper is worthy of every dollar you’d spent for it. The good thing is that you don’t have to pay that much, as the S8100fd is definitely an affordable digital camera.
