What users and reviewers are saying:

“The Nikon Coolpix L15 has proved to be a big disappointment to me. I expect more from Nikon, but in terms of picture quality and also shutter lag this camera has not performed very well.”- Cameras.co.uk

“Also, the interface is so user friendly. I can’t believe how easy it is to use. The menus are simple to figure out. I never even looked at the manual. The only draw back I can think of is the delay between shots utilizing the flash. I think I wait about 4-5 seconds before I can take another picture. This doesn’t really bother me since I use this outdoors during the day.”- A. Hochberg

“…performed well in terms of exposure and color accuracy outdoors. However, detail definition and noise performance were disappointing when the camera needed to raise the ISO setting.”- Imaging Resource

Our comment:

As a follow up to the Coolpix L14, Nikon has added VR and 8.0 megapixel sensor to the Coolpix L15 camera. With a small price difference and if you are looking for a mid-range point-and-shoot, you might want to consider the Coolpix L15.
