Photo tips: A different view

By Shelton Muller

Photo tips: A different viewMaking your images dynamic often means viewing your world from a different perspective. While most people view their universe from an average height, photograph yours from a viewpoint that others seldom consider.

Before taking each image, consider the impact that shooting from a lower perspective might make on your subject within the context. Conversely, you may consider an elevated viewpoint, one that perhaps requires you to climb up on something as simple as a chair.

Simple adjustments in our everyday photographic and composition procedures can often make dynamic differences to our images, presenting our world and the subjects we find within it in a manner that others do not. While simple, it will ensure that your images are different from those who do not share your personal vision.

Whilst I enjoy photography, my budget does not allowa Rolls Royce Camera. I currently use & am very happy with my Fuji FineP 5600, but am considering upgrading to either Fuji FineP S8000 or Panasonic DMC-FZ18, without consuming much of your time, is there any constructive advice you can offer.Subjects covered Trains, Trucks, Wildlife,& Native plants
