The Nikon Coolpix L14 is an entry level light and compact digital camera designed for everyone from parents snapping endless pictures of their kids to ’cool young things” taking fun pictures after work at the club.
Priced at US$129 the Coolpix L14 is said to be engineered to give superior battery life whether you will use the standard AA energizer or lithium batteries.
According to Nikon, the Coolpix L14 is will let users take up to 1,000 shots with its supplied AA energizer lithium batteries.

Our comment:
As a digital camera for less than $150, with 3x optical zoom and uses ordinary lithium batteries that lets you take up to 1000 pictures, the Coolpix L14 certainly gives value for your money. Just don’t expect high-quality images comparable to other high-end digital cameras. The L14 is useful for taking quick snap shots.
